Yesterday we changed locations and, aside from our favourite Worldmark, if you are looking for a place to stay for one or two people, let me know. We were B & B owners for a very long time and even got a cookbook published because of it and this place is wonderful.
It overlooks the ocean and is so well stocked and furnished, you think you are in your own home.
After we moved over here, we unpacked, had a coffee and then went for some grub. Here, in Maui, when you shop at Safeway (and have a card) you get a discount….we saved $29.00 yesterday. Better our pocket for sure. Then we came home, unpacked and enjoyed a simple dinner of soup/sandwich and Don had soup/chicken wings. We really did buy food to prepare, bur wanted some of their ‘store-made’ soup and sandwich.
We sat out on the covered lanai listening to the ocean waves crashing onto the shore. We tried watching tv…terrible here last night so we went to bed at 9:30 and slept right to 6:15 a.m.
Must have needed it. We are going to be so relaxed when we get home no one will know who we are.
