Attitudes Can Change

The other night we wanted to go for dinner without going too far from the shopping center. The one restaurant that was close was Earl’s. We had tried Earl’s Restaurant many years ago a couple of times and, due to bad service and bad food, we gave a two thumbs down. HOWEVER, we were truly and pleasantly surprised by what we saw and tasted. Our waitress, Jessika, is one of the top 3 servers in the Valley (in our opinion). Truly friendly and bubbly without being patronizing and so aware of what the menu held. This make a huge difference when describing food to customers. The menu is new, fresh, and totally for today’s customers. For example, I ordered a chicken/melted Brie sandwich.

It was grilled chicken breast, melted brie, fresh fig jam, sauteed apple slices, spinach and garlic mayo in an in-house baked ciabatta bun. This equates to heaven in a bun! Absolutely fantastic. Will we go back? ABSOLUTELY.
